COACH OR SPONSOR PLAQUES

Plaques your sponsors and coaches can be proud of.  Featuring team photos and sport specific desings.

LEAGUE BOOKS

Similiar to a yearbook for your league.  League books feature all individual team photos and you can include ads from your sponsor.  League books are a great fundraising idea.

FAMILY OWNED and OPERATED

No more working with people you don't know.  Chances are you'll be working directly with a member of the family.

DELIVER TO LEAGUE or MAIL TO HOME

You have the option of a group delivery to your league with all the photos to pass out or we can mail all the orders directly to parents houses.

SPORTS SPECIFIC DESIGNS and COLORS FOR YOUR LEAGUE

We recoginze your sport is very importrant.  That's why our photo templates feature your sport.  Have a sport that's not too common?  Chances are we have a template for you.  We also utilize your league colors on your photo templates to compliment your photos whenever possible.

SCHEDULING HELP

Bear Sports understands how complicated scheduling teams for photo day can be.  Send us your team lists and game schedules (if we're scheduling around them) and we will work with you to come up with a schedule that will work for your teams.

ONLINE PRE-ORDERING

Avaliable to all leagues.  A convient way for parents to order photos.  If your league struggles to pass out forms we can send you the ordering link instead and parents can go right online to place their order.  No more worries about filling out the form on photo day.

IN-HOUSE PRINTING

Our photos are printed in our own lab staffed by local people.  No sending your orders out to a third party.

FUNDRAISING OPTIONS

We offer programs that allow you to use your sports photos as fundraiser for your league.  Contact us for more specific information and to see if your league qualifies.

Traditional Groups or Virtual Groups

We offer either method for you league.  Take a look at the pros and cons of each.

Traditional Groups

Pros
Can be done inside or outside.
We bring benches with us.

Coaches do not need to be photographed individually.

Traditional groups that parents are use to.
Cons
Everyone on the team must be present to take the team photo.

No background choices for individual photos.


Virtual Groups

Pros
New modern look to you're team photos - Something Different

If someone misses their time slot, they can still be in the group photo.

Parents and athletes can have backgrounds choices.

Some virtual groups allow for less traditional posing.

Cons
Must be done indoors.

Coaches will need to be photographed individually if they want to be in the group.
