You can fill out an order form usually handed out at practice or we will have forms with us on photo day. Or visit our online site and place your order. You will need the league password found on the flyer and often sent out in e-mail blasts to parents.
If it has been a just a couple days after photo day call our office and we can do it over the phone. If it has been four weeks since photo day call our office and we will have an online code avaliable for you, to go online and order your photo.

Many leagues have struggled to pass back portrait orders and have made the decision to switch from Deliver to League to Mail to Home. This means we have to mail each package directly home instead of one mass delivery. While easier on the leagues it is an extra cost that can not be avoided.
Yes, please fill out a seperate form for this photo and include all their names on it. If ordering a memory mate please make sure both children play on the same team, otherwise this product may not work for multiple children.
Please call us, we may have another league in a town near you that you could attend or you can always make an appointment at our studio in Plainville.
Please give us call and let us know the correction. We will correct it and send you out a new print. Depending on the type product you may have to return it.
These are easy fixes! Simply notify us of the correct team and we will get a new team photo out to you.
Most photo orders take 3-4 weeks from picture day to be delivered. If it has been more than 4 weeks please call us to check on your order. If you order any photo sports balls, photo stautes, wall clings, or photo pennants please allow an extra week or so as these products take longer to make. Also check to see if your check was cashed or your credit card was processed before you call.
Please call us to discuss your photos. Many times we can easily fix the issue. You will be asked to send the originals back, usually for comparison sake and then we will fix the problem and send you the new ones. Depending on the issue extra charges may apply.
